CHOCOLATE ANZAC BISCUIT

ANZAC biscuits are a traditional biscuit from Australia and New Zealand with quite some history behind them.  This is my take on the classic with two smaller biscuits sandwiched together with rich dark chocolate, kind of like a hobnob but better!
